Florence County Sheriffs Office is aware of a YouTube video of an incident which occurred on September 9, 2022 involving our deputies. The incident is under review by the Sheriffs Office. Until the review is completed, we will have no further comment regarding the incident.
"We have promised the public that we will be transparent, and we will do so in this incident," Sheriff TJ Joye stated. "We ask that the public withhold judgement until our review is completed."
