Florence County continues to monitor weather related effects of now Tropical Depression Florence in our county. Due to rapidly rising water levels in the Black Creek area of Florence County, an immediate mandatory evacuation order has been issued for Nena Lane, Spilt Rail Drive, E. Black Creek Drive, Staghorn Lane, Atlee Court, Crooked Creek Drive and Creekside Drive to be completed as soon as possible.
Residents evacuating are asked to leave with some proof of residency for reentry purposes once the order to evacuate is rescinded.
