FCSO ARRESTS THIRD SUSPECT IN BOYD STREET BURGLARY
SUBJECT: Da’Jour Keenan Shyde’ Burgess, age 20, of 207 Fairview Street, Lake City, SC 29560 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on June 20, 2018 and charged with Burglary (first degree)(S.C. Code Ann. 16-11-311) and Accessory After the Fact of a Felony (S.C. Code Ann. 16-01-055). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.
NARRATIVE: FCSO Investigators arrested Da’Jour Keenan Shyde’ Burgess on June 20, 2018 and charged him with one count of Burglary and one count of Accessory After the Fact in connection with the May 25, 2018 burglary which occurred on Boyd Street in Scranton, SC. On June 14, 2018, Investigators arrested Isaiah Chris Cockfield and Isaac Christopher Cockfield in connection with the same incident. According to Investigators, Burgess, along with both Cockfield suspects are alleged to have entered a dwelling on Boyd Street during nighttime hours and removed property, including firearms and electronic devices belonging to the owner. Investigators further allege that Burgess allowed the co-defendants to store the stolen items in his residence and later sold some of the items for cash.
All three of these suspects are being held at the Florence County Detention Center without bond.
