FIFTH SUSPECT ARRESTED IN SEXUAL ASSAULT CASE
SUBJECT: Jacoby Saytwan Malik Miller, age 22, of 108 Ellison Street, Bennettsville, SC was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on April 17, 2018 and charged with one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct, Third Degree (S.C. NARRATIVE: A fifth suspect allegedly involved in the sexual assault of a Florence woman on March 28, 2018 has been arrested. Jacoby Saytwan Malik Miller was taken into custody on April 17, 2018 and charged with Criminal Sexual Assault, Third Degree. According to Investigators, the victim alleges that on or about March 28, 2018 she was sexually assaulted several times while mentally incapacitated due to alcohol intoxication. The incident is alleged to have occurred at 4711 Patriot Lane Apartments in Florence County.
Miller is being held at the Florence County Detention Center on a $5,000.00 surety bond.
