NARRATIVE: Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office arrested three more suspects in connection with the murder of Bobby Junior Evans. Evans was reported missing by family members on October 3, 2016 and his remains were discovered on October 10, 2016 near Victor White Road, Timmonsville, SC. Investigators arrested Briheem Anthony Williams on October 13, 2016 and charged him with Evans’ murder (See FCSO Press Release dated October 17, 2016).

The continuing investigation into this incident led Investigators to seek and obtain additional arrest warrants against Kevin Deshawn Rogers, Antonio Levern McAllister and Ronnie Rondell Jackson, Jr., all of Timmonsville. According to Investigators, on or about September 24, 2016 these suspects and one other are alleged to have conspired with and encouraged Williams to kill Evans. Investigators further allege that Williams later killed Evans and afterwards was held against his will by the other suspects who attempted to kill him.

Bond for all of these suspects and Williams has been denied.

Investigators have outstanding warrants for an additional suspect, Edwin Evander Small, age 29, of 550 West Darlington Street, Florence, SC.
