FCSO INVESTIGATES SEXUAL ASSAULT ON A MINOR
SUBJECT: Kendall Lee Doyle, age 37, of 4005 Peniel Road, Timmonsville, SC was arrested by deputies with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on July 16, 2016 and charged with one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor (Victim under 11 years of age) (S.C. Code Ann. 16-3-655(A)(1) ). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.
NARRATIVE: Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office have arrested Kendall Lee Doyle and charged him with Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Minor (victim under 11 years of age). According to Investigators, on or about July 15, 2016 Kendall is alleged to have committed a sexual battery on a victim under the age of eleven (11) after providing the victim with an alcoholic beverage.
Doyle is being held at the Florence County Detention Center without a bond. The investigation into this matter is ongoing.
