SUBJECT: Montario James Williams, age 36, of 901 B Raiford Lane, Florence, SC 29505 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Assisting/Promoting Prostitution (S.C. Code Ann. 16-15-90). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.

SUBJECT: Walter Oliver, Jr., age 55, of 7622 Joe Allen Drive, Beaufort, SC 29906 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on June 9, 2016 and charged with Solicitation of Prostitution (S.C. Code Ann. 16-15-90). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.

SUBJECT: Lizzie Alexie Kissiah, age 22, of 603 Charlotte Street, Hartsville, SC 29550 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on June 9, 2016 and charged with Solicitation of Prostitution (S.C. Code Ann. 16-15-90). See FCSO Booking Website for additional details.

SUBJECT: Andrew Lavern McPherson, age 27, of 1316 Folly Road, Hartsville, SC 29550 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on June 9, 2016 and charged with Solicitation of Prostitution (S.C. Code Ann. 16-15-90). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.

SUBJECT: Antonio Teofile Brown, age 25, of 417 S. Church Street, Florence, SC 29501 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office June 9, 2016 and charged with Solicitation of Prostitution (S.C. Code Ann. 16-15-90). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.

SUBJECT: Ashley Tinika Cooper, age 21, of 181 E. Pine Street, Apartment C, Florence, SC 29506 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on June 9, 2016 and charged with Solicitation of Prostitution (S.C. Code Ann. 16-15-2016) and Giving False Information to Law Enforcement (S.C. Code Ann. 16-17-725(b)). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.

NARRATIVE: Following numerous complaints of suspected prostitution near businesses at the U.S. Highway 52 and I-95 as well as the U.S. Highway 76 and I-95 interchanges, Narcotics Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office arrested 6 suspects during a prostitution sting conducted on June 9, 2016 at a hotel located on West Lucas Street in Florence County. According to Investigators, an undercover officer posed as a prostitute or someone seeking a prostitute on an internet website frequently used for solicitation.

All suspects were released from the Florence County Detention Center on personal recognizance bonds.
