FCSO INVESTIGATES BURGLARY

SUBJECT: Spencer Wayne Davis, age 29, of 5206 Callie Young Road, Effingham, SC 29541 was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on April 27, 2016 and charged with Burglary, First Degree (S.C. Code Ann. 16-11-311), Armed Robbery While Armed With A Deadly Weapon (S.C. Code Ann. 16-11-330(A)) and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime (S.C. Code Ann. 16-23-490). SUBJECT: Nicole Elizabeth Blackmon, age 25, of 1407 Springbranch Road, Florence, SC 29501was arrested by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on April 25, 2016 and charged with two counts of Accessory Before the Fact of a Felony (S.C. Code Ann. 16-01-040, 050). See FCSO Booking Website for additional information.

NARRATIVE: Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two suspects involved in an alleged burglary and armed robbery which occurred on or about April 21, 2016 at approximately 12:30 AM in the 3700 block of Southborough Road, Florence, SC. Nicole Elizabeth Blackmon, charged with two counts of Accessory Before the Fact of a Felony is alleged to have facilitated and assisted two other suspects in the commission of the burglary and armed robbery. Investigators allege that Blackmon entered the home with the permission of the victim, and shortly thereafter allegedly facilitated two other suspects in the robbery of the victim at gunpoint. Spencer Wayne Davis has also been arrested in connection with this incident and has been charged with Burglary, Armed Robbery and Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime. A Florence County Magistrate has denied bond to both Davis and Blackmon.

Investigators have also obtained warrants for Johnny Harold Larue Matthews, a third suspect for Burglary, Armed Robbery and Armed Robbery While Armed With a Deadly Weapon.
