FCSO Arrests Two for Burglaries
SUBJECT: Marissa Brandlyn Turner, age 23, of 6515 Pygatt Road, Effingham, SC 29541 was arrested by Deputies with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on December 11, 2014 and charged with two counts of Burglary, Second Degree (S.C. SUBJECT: Meaghan Elizabeth Turner, age 25, or 6515 Pygatt Road, Effingham, SC 29541was arrested by Deputies with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office on December 11, 2014 and charged with two counts of Burglary, Second Degree (S.C. NARRATIVE: Following a brief vehicle pursuit yesterday, Marissa Brandlyn Turner and Meaghan Elizabeth Turner were arrested and charged by FCSO with two counts of Burglary (Second Degree). According to Investigators, both subjects are alleged to have committed recent burglaries on Stagecoach Road in Effingham and on Central Road near Olanta, SC. Units with the Olanta Police Department and the South Carolina Highway Patrol assisted FCSO.
Both subjects are being held at the Florence County Detention Center pending a bond hearing.
The investigation into this matter is ongoing, and additional charges are possible.
