The FCSO Emergency Service Unit (E.S.U.) is comprised of a select group of individuals from the Sheriff's Office and commanded by Captain Joey Norris.  These deputies are often called upon in situations that pose an immediate threat to the lives and safety of others.  The Unit is equipped with some of the latest crime fighting tools available, including a V-150 Armored Personnel Carrier, an ATV Four-Wheeler, and a Zodiac boat.
