K. Cockfield is the Florence County Sheriff's Office Evidence Technician; she processes invoices and logs in property; safeguards and maintains proper integrity and chain of evidence; prepares impounded property for destruction, distribution, and/or auction as required by law; responds to inquiries from law enforcement agents and citizens concerning property that is in our custody; she also maintains appropriate release records and records of disposition of property and evidence; transports evidence to and from Charleston and Columbia for analysis as needed; and provides court testimony as necessary.  The Evidence Room Extension is 316.
