Gustav's top winds increased to 115 mph (185 km/hr) early this morning, raising the storm to Category 3 status, according to the National Hurricane Center. The storm is expected to reach the U.S. Gulf Coast by late Monday or early Tuesday.
The mother of missing Florida toddler Caylee Anthony was arrested and charged Friday with forgery, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft, the Orange County Sheriff's Department said. Casey Anthony -- wearing a T-shirt with Caylee's picture and the words "Have you seen me?" -- was taken to a unmarked police car amid cheers from protesters outside her parents' home.
