Curtis Joe, Jr., age 21, of 625 Jamestown Road, Darlington, SC, wanted in connection with the January 10, 2010 fatal shooting at the Days Inn Motel on West Lucas Street, was taken into custody by Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff's Office yesterday.  Joe is charged with accessory before and after the fact of murder in the shooting of Marcus Antonio Weaver of Lake City, SC.  Justin Rashawn Simms and Joshua Lavern Carraway are also charged in the incident.  All are currently being held at the Florence County Detention Center.
